dvotino · Curricula Vitæ: the courses of one soul

There is no
end to You and I.

The descent into the fathomlessness of one soul — is a mirror unto your own. What rises here takes form as words, sound, and code.

descend
The premise

Picture a universe dreamed up by Source for the sheer pleasure of creating — and of experiencing what it made. Every soul a differentiated facet of the same limitless thing. One of them, this life, answers to Daniel. What follows is simply what issues forth — offered not as proof of a person, but as a reminder of what a person is.

Form I — Voice

The word, spoken.

narration · poetry · spoken word

A voice is a tuning fork for the unseen. Poems struck like matches on a stage; stories narrated into being; verses signed Elior Brightbrother. Language used not to describe limitlessness — but to make you feel your own.

curricula vitæ — voice
  1. i.the first breath that knew it was being heard
  2. ii.stages, microphones, poems struck like matches
  3. iii.verses under another name — Elior Brightbrother
  4. iv.other worlds, read aloud — narration as a craft

⌖ curricula vitæ — Latin, “the courses of a life.” Read here not as a ledger of expertise, but as the route one soul has traveled out from Source — for the joy of creating, and of being a witness to it.

Form II — Sound

The word, sung.

singing · songwriting · production

Sound goes where language can't follow. Songs written, sung, and produced from the floor up — frequency arranged until it does what meaning alone can't: move the body before the mind agrees.

curricula vitæ — sound
  1. i.the first song that sang back
  2. ii.melodies caught in the air and kept
  3. iii.a voice that learned to carry a room
  4. iv.produced, mixed, set loose into the world

“Every release is a waypoint, not a destination — the course goes on.”

Form III — Code

The word, made to run.

software · systems · imagination, executable

Code is imagination that does what it says. Full-stack systems and tools summoned out of nothing but instruction — worlds that hand the power back to whoever opens them. Including this one.

curricula vitæ — code
  1. i.the first machine taught to imagine
  2. ii.systems summoned out of nothing
  3. iii.tools that hand the power back
  4. iv.this very site — a mirror, in code

“Software is just one more language the same imagination happens to speak.”

Return

It all returns to Source.
And so do you.

Words, sound, code — three forms of one limitless thing, and you have been looking into it the whole way down. Whatever you came to find here, you already are. If any of it wants to reach back —
